  1. Eat a nutritious diet: Eating a diet that is rich in whole, nutrient-dense foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats, would help to support immune function. There are several foods that would help to maintain and improve immunity. These include:
      - Citrus fruits: Citrus fruits such as oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and limes are rich in vitamin C, which would help to support immune function.

      - Berries: Berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries are rich in antioxidants, which would help to reduce inflammation and support immune function.

      - Leafy greens: Leafy greens such as spinach, kale, and collard greens are rich in vitamins and minerals that would support immune function.

      - Garlic: Garlic has been shown to have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, which would help to support immune function.

      - Ginger: Ginger has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that would help to support immune function.

  6. Stay up to date on vaccinations: Vaccinations would help to protect against infectious diseases and support immune function.
  7. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption: Excessive alcohol consumption could cause impair immune function and increase the risk of infections.
